The Braidwood Division

NSWGR – 1973

Layout Description

The Braidwood Division is a ‘Prototypically Freelanced’ NSWGR layout, representing ‘Braidwood’, a town that was never served by the NSWGR, but which should have been! (Refer to the article In MainLine, January / February , 2021 ).

It is single track operation with multiple passing loops & yards, with small industries and freight depots included for switching cars during operation sessions.

Scenery is about 70% completed, with the scenic sections being completed before moving on to the next section.
